4. Subscriptions Some products are available on a recurring subscription. 6. Not veterinary advice PogDog products are intended to support general comfort and wellbeing. They are not a substitute for professional veterinary care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult your veterinarian about your dog's health, especially for senior, anxious, or unwell pets.

7. Intellectual property All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of PogDog or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

8. Acceptable use You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability The store and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, PogDog is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.
