At PogDog, we want you and your dog to love every order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened, including paw balm, wipes, and other consumable or personal-care products — unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to start a return Email us at [support@pogdogshop.com] with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond with instructions and a return address. Please don't send items back before contacting us.
Return shipping Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [support@pogdogshop.com] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund — no return required in most cases.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Order cancellations Because we ship quickly, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We can usually cancel and refund an order in full if it hasn't yet been processed for shipping.
Subscription orders You can cancel, pause, or skip your subscription anytime before your next billing date through your account or by emailing us — there's no minimum commitment. Once a subscription order has already been billed and shipped, it follows the standard return terms above.
Late or missing refunds If you haven't received a refund you're expecting, first check with your bank or card provider, then contact us at [support@pogdogshop.com] and we'll help track it down.
