Cancellation policy

This policy explains how PogDog subscriptions ("subscribe & save" purchase options) work and how to cancel.
How your subscription works When you choose a subscription option, you authorize PogDog to automatically charge your payment method and ship your selected products on a recurring basis at the interval you choose (for example, every 8 weeks). Your subscriber discount applies to every recurring order.
No commitment There is no minimum number of orders and no contract. You can manage, pause, skip the next delivery, change your frequency, or cancel at any time.
How to cancel, pause, or skip
- Log in to your account, open your subscription, and choose to pause, skip, change frequency, or cancel; or
- Email us at [support@pogdogshop.com] and we'll take care of it for you.
When cancellation takes effect To avoid being charged for your next delivery, please cancel or skip before your next billing/renewal date. Cancellations apply to future orders only and there are no cancellation fees.
Orders already placed If an order has already been billed and prepared for shipping, we may not be able to stop it. Any such order is handled under our Refund & Return Policy.
Changes to your subscription We'll give you reasonable advance notice by email of any change to your subscription price or terms, so you can decide whether to continue.
