Where we ship We currently ship within the United States.
Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they're placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Total time from order to doorstep is usually 4–10 business days.
Shipping cost
- Standard shipping: $8.00 (3–7 business days)
- Free standard shipping on orders over $70
- Express shipping: $15.00
Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. All orders include tracking. Large orders may ship in multiple packages — each will have its own tracking number.
Multiple packages Some orders — especially bundles or multi-item orders — may ship in more than one package and arrive on different days. This is normal and you won't be charged extra.
Delays Occasionally, factors outside our control (carrier delays, weather, peak seasons) can affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience, and we're always happy to help — just reach out to [support@pogdogshop.com].
Incorrect addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, though we'll always do our best to assist.
Lost or stolen packages If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please contact us within 7 days and we'll help you investigate with the carrier.
